GEO Rocks!

“GEO Rocks!” is a high-energy animated comedy following a group of Stone Age teenagers who form a rock band to sing about their favourite subject: rocks and the science of geology. Led by their worldly singer and guitarist Izzy Lizard, the excitable bassist Jam-Jam Forehead and, along with their silent, hairy drummer Linxy, the band views their primitive tools and inventive gadgets as “high-tech” in a world where everyone else is a “dinosaur”.
To overcome writer’s block and learn the facts needed for their rock anthems, the band embarks on adventures across ancient Ireland to consult the world’s first married hermits, Mark and Mary Dolman, who live in a neolithic dolman and dispense scientific knowledge like a Stone Age Google browser. The series blends silly music video sequences with educational overtones to explore concepts like the rock cycle, erosion at the Cliffs of Moher, and plate tectonics.

“CÚ”

Aimed at tweens, CÚ is an Animated Feature that tells the ancient Irish tale of the young lad Setanta’s transformation into the mighty hero – Cú Chulainn. Set in the wild and mythical landscapes of ancient Ireland, this action-packed adventure follows Setanta’s journey from an awkward village boy to an aspiring warrior in the famed Red Branch Knights. Along the way, he battles fierce enemies, faces his deepest fears, and uncovers the true meaning of heroism as he defends the land’s greatest treasure, the Brown Bull of Ulster.

Told in a new Irish story telling animation style, mixing Irish myth, fantasy, and heart-pounding action – CÚ brings to life the timeless tale of bravery, friendship, and self-discovery. Filled with enchanted beasts, magical quests, and a soundtrack that echoes with the energy of Ireland’s finest new artists, this film blends old-world legend with fresh, youthful energy. CÚ is a celebration of Irish storytelling, designed to captivate audiences both young and young-at-heart, around the world.

Kick Buttowski – Disney Online

The children’s tv series about child stunt driver Kick Buttowski was on for 2 seasons on Disney XD. Disney got hold of us to create some animation for their online platform. It featured different clips of characters from the show doing comical antics. Directed by Sandro Corsaro.

Phineas & Ferb – Disney Online

Disney wanted to capitalise on the Phineas & Ferb fame by creating a 3 minute animated music video featuring Perry the Platypus

Yabba-Dabba Dinosaurs!

Our studio was very honoured to work on a legacy brand such as The Flintstones. And yes, we had a Yabba-Dabba Good Time doing it. We worked closely with the LA crew at Warner Bros. Our studio worked on 12 episodes by 11 minutes long. The series was directed by Mark Marek.

The Travels of the Young Marco Polo Season 01

In a time when the earth was believed to be flat and there was much to discover, young Marco Polo sets off to find his missing father, who vanished while exploring the Road to China. Accompanied by his strong, good-natured friend Luigi, the “Chinese princess” Shi La Won, and their tame bat FuFu, the brash Marco is ready to take on the world with his great curiosity, his burning thirst for knowledge and his gift for getting into trouble. With Marco’s father’s journal as a guide, their wild adventure takes them through distant lands and mystical times. Along the way they learn about different people and cultures, make new friends, and work together to overcome obstacles and opponents alike. This was Magpie 6 Media’s first co-production. The series was featured on Netflix. Our studio was responsible for Key Posing, Shot Prep, 2D and Effects Animation. (26 Half Hours)
